Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Effective date: 23 May 2026  ·  Last updated: 23 May 2026

1. Who We Are

Keystone One Properties LLC ("Keystone One," "we," "us," "our") is a real estate brokerage licensed by the Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency (ARRA Broker Licence No. 3212), with its registered office at Block B1, Office 712, Falcon Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide to us through our website and through our brokerage activities.

2. The Information We Collect

We collect personal information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly — when you fill out an enquiry form, request a valuation, contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, or sign a brokerage agreement, we receive your name, contact details, property-related preferences, financial information relevant to a transaction, and any other information you choose to share.
  • Information collected automatically — when you visit our website, our servers and analytics providers record information such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent, and referring website. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Information from third parties — we may receive enquiries forwarded by property listing portals (Bayut, Property Finder, dubizzle and similar), referral partners, or credit-check providers we use for tenant or buyer verification.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to property enquiries, valuation requests, and questions;
  • Arrange property viewings, negotiations, and transaction documentation;
  • Verify identity and creditworthiness in connection with rental or sale transactions, where required by law or by the counterparty;
  • Comply with our obligations under UAE federal law, Ajman emirate law, and ARRA regulations — including anti-money-laundering checks and record-keeping requirements;
  • Send you property updates, market reports, and articles where you have opted in to receive them;
  • Improve our website, services, and marketing;
  • Defend against and detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

4. The Legal Basis For Our Processing

We process your personal information on the following bases under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and any successor or implementing regulations:
  • Consent, where you have actively opted in (for example, marketing emails);
  • Performance of a contract, where the processing is necessary to deliver services you have requested;
  • Compliance with a legal obligation, including ARRA, Ajman Land Department, and federal anti-money-laundering requirements;
  • Our legitimate interests, such as fraud prevention, business administration, and direct marketing of similar services to existing clients, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share your personal information only as necessary, with:

  • Counterparties in a transaction — for example, when you make an offer on a property, the seller (and their broker) will receive the information needed to evaluate the offer;
  • Service providers — including website hosting, email and CRM tools, payment processors, photographers, and cleaning or staging providers;
  • Government and regulatory bodies — ARRA, the Ajman Land Department, the UAE Central Bank, and other authorities where we are legally required or formally requested to do so;
  • Professional advisors — lawyers, accountants, and auditors bound by professional confidentiality;
  • Banks and trustee offices — when arranging mortgages or completing transfers.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. International Transfers

Some of our service providers (notably our website hosting and analytics providers) are located outside the UAE. Where we transfer your personal information outside the UAE, we ensure that the receiving jurisdiction provides an adequate level of protection, or we put in place appropriate contractual safeguards consistent with the PDPL.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including record-keeping obligations under UAE real-estate, tax, and anti-money-laundering law, which can require retention for at least five years), and to enforce our agreements. After that period, we either delete or anonymise the information.

8. Your Rights

Under the PDPL, subject to the conditions set out in the law, you have the right to:
  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Request deletion of your information where we no longer have a lawful basis to hold it;
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • Request portability of certain information you provided to us;
  • Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@keystoneoneproperties.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for: (i) essential website function; (ii) analytics, via Google Analytics (which sets cookies to measure visits and engagement); and (iii) marketing, via Facebook Pixel and similar tools where you have not opted out. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, and disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat any incident affecting your data with urgency and transparency.

11. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of the page, and where appropriate, by a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
